Sapphire, South Padre Island

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was filled with many frustrations. I faced severe issues with the room and amenities. While the upscale feel of the resort was nice, it was overshadowed by maintenance problems and inadequate service that left me disappointed.

My stay was a mixed bag. While the location was wonderful with an incredible view of the Gulf, I faced numerous issues that really put a damper on my experience. The bungalow was not well-maintained, and despite the upscale feel of the resort, service issues and cleanliness were major disappointments. I do appreciate the security presence at the property which contributed to a family-friendly environment.

I had a fantastic stay overall, really enjoyed the cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere. The condo offered spectacular views, but some downsides included a chillingly cold pool and noise from a neighboring resort's beach party. Despite these issues, I appreciated the strong security presence and the friendly interactions, which contributed positively to our experience.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this upscale resort, especially since it's right by the beach. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. My unit was not well-stocked and the furniture was kind of a letdown, showing signs of wear and tear. The management also seemed unprepared for our arrival, which added to the frustration. While the location is a definite highlight, the issues we encountered really made it hard to enjoy our vacation fully.

My stay was quite disappointing. The bungalow I stayed in had several issues like a broken front door and poor cleanliness outside, which affected my overall experience. On the bright side, my family loved the spa treatments, which were a highlight of the trip. However, the uncomfortable conditions in the bungalow made the stay far from enjoyable.
