My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. The location was decent, making it easy to get around, but the facilities and service really let it down. The rooms had their issues, and overall, I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. It's cheap for a reason, but I'd suggest looking for better options nearby.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very basic and appeared run down. Although the carpets were recently cleaned, it didn't fully mask the dated feel and lack of maintenance.
Service
5.0
I found the service frustrating. Whenever I asked for something, it was met with a curt 'NO', which felt unwelcoming.

Facilities were lacking, particularly the cleanliness in communal areas. I was eager for a pool experience, but the towel situation made it inconvenient.

The motel has a reasonable value for money if you're looking for budget accommodations. While the location is great and provides easy access to local amenities and restaurants, the overall cleanliness and presentation leave much to be desired. I've stayed here a couple of times and found the lack of lifts and the need for a makeover to be significant downsides, but the security is reassuring and the staff polite.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are clean, but they do show signs of age and could benefit from better upkeep. I enjoyed having an adorable balcony, but the carpets just had been cleaned, which left an odd smell lingering.
Service

The staff were polite, but it was disappointing to find the cleaners were not working during my stay, impacting the overall cleanliness.

Dining options nearby were varied and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the meals at Cafe Briz, though the reopened restaurant could use improvement.
Facilities

The pool area was nice and offered a good place to relax. However, the lack of lifts is a notable inconvenience, especially when dealing with luggage.

My stay at this hotel was quite the experience. While the room was dated and needed some cleaning attention, the surrounding area felt secure and there were a couple of dining options nearby, which was a plus. Unfortunately, I faced quite a few inconveniences, including a lack of helpful service and poor room cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really on a tight budget.

The resort offers a budget-friendly option with a great location for visiting QPAC, making it an ideal choice for short stays. While the rooms are clean and the staff is efficient, the property is showing signs of needing maintenance and updates. The shower had cleanliness issues during my visit, which was disappointing. The lack of proper cleaning on my stay suggests a need for better management.

I found the hotel to be a decent budget option, especially for a short stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from plenty of restaurants and shops. The room had some issues with cleanliness, but the pool was a nice touch. However, the outdated air conditioning and hard bed made it less comfortable than I hoped. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some definite pros and cons.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in had very dated decor, but it was clean enough, though I did notice some dirt and hair in the bathroom corners. The bed was quite hard, which wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep.
Service

I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the check-in was smooth, and I had no issues during my stay.
Location

The location is excellent, with just a 300-meter walk to a supermarket and close to various dining options on South Bank.
Dining

The pool area was well-kept and offered a nice place to relax after exploring the area. Parking was also available, which was convenient.
